Colistin Sulfate
INDICATIONS: For the treatment of infectious diseases caused by bacteria: enteritis diarrhea caused by E.coli, gastro-intestinal, edema, cystitis, urogenital infections, metritis, arthritis, Pneumonia.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Breeder pigs, cattle: 1mL per 15kg of body weight.
Grower pigs , goats, dogs: 1mL per 12 kg of body weight.
Piglets, dogs, cats : 1mL per 10 kg of body weight.
By intramuscular (IM) injection, for 3-4 consecutive days.
Poultry: For oral administration, 1mL per liter of drinking water for 3-4 consecutive days.
RECOMMENDATION:
Do not use for poultry by injection
WITHDRAWAL TIME: 7 days before slaughter.
STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place not exceeding 300C. Keep away from direct sunlight.
